We charge an extra £10 per night for a dog.  We typically only accept one dog however we will typically accept more if the dogs are small – please contact us to check beforehand. No pets on the furniture or beds. No dogs to be left unattended during your stay. We do provide a dog basket which includes a blanket, towel and dog bowl.

Amount of guests

Bookings are based on just 2 people sharing, however if you would like to book for more than 2 people then please select this option upon check out.

In addition to a king size bed, a double sofa bed is also available in the lodge. If you would like a travel cot to use during your stay, please contact us.


We ask for a refundable damage deposit of £100 to be paid upon booking to secure the holiday on top of the cost for booking your holiday. The deposit will be refunded to you within 10 working days after your holiday provided there is no damage to the lodge. 

The deposit is to cover any damage caused to the lodge and we will deduct payment for this accordingly. If there is damaged caused to the lodge that is greater than the cost of £100 then we reserve the right to send you an invoice which must be paid within 7 days.

When booking 28 days and less from your arrival date then full payment for the holiday plus the £100 deposit needs to be taken upon booking. When booking 28 days and more in advance the deposit is payable upon booking and the remaining balance due no later than 28 days before your arrival.


The deposit will not be refunded should you cancel with us from the time you book and one week before you are due to arrive.

If you cancel 3-7 days before arrival then you will lose 50% of your holiday cost but will receive your deposit back.

If you cancel 2 days or less then you will lose 100% holiday balance but will receive your deposit back.

Minimum Nights

Unless we’re running a special offer we ask for a minimum booking of 3 nights during peak months.

2 night minimum stay during any other time of the year.

Additional Information

We reserve the right to cancel a holiday at any time should we need to. A full refund will be given including the deposit should we need to do this.

If there is any damage to the lodge this will be deducted from your deposit. We will deduct what we feel is a fair price for the repairs.

Kind reminder, we are self-catering! We don’t provide anything else for our guests other than what is in your lodge upon arrival. That said, if you have a special request please contact us.

Please no smoking inside the lodges and no tea lights or naked flames inside the lodge or on the hot tub. 

No emptying of the hot tub.

Bedding and hand towels are provided, there is the option to add bath towels to your stay at the cost of £5 per set of 2 at the checkout.
